Character:  Random nail, or resurfaced.

Grades:  Construction Heart & Better and Clear Heart with Heart B Developing.

Finish: Comes unfinished, or have millwork added.

Fire rating: Different species have different ratings from naturally resistant to highly flammable.  Flamex interior or exterior treatment available.
